CodeBreaker NCLEX Money-Back Guarantee Policy
To qualify for the CodeBreaker NCLEX $1500 Money-Back Guarantee, students must meet ALL program requirements in full. No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in forfeiture of guarantee eligibility.

Students must:
- Complete 50 UWorld questions per day, six (6) days per week.
- Maintain a minimum average score of 45% or higher on practice question sets.
- Note: UWorld Self-Assessments are excluded from the 45% daily average calculation.
Completion must be consistent and documented through submitted reports or screenshots, as directed by faculty. Reports and remediation must be uploaded to the CodeBreaker learning management system on the assigned dates.
Example: Questions due Tuesday must be submitted, along with remediation, to the CodeBreaker website on Tuesday to maintain eligibility.
Mandatory UWorld Self-Assessments
Students must complete all three (3) UWorld Self-Assessments during the program. Requirements include:

- Submission of a written remediation analysis for each Self-Assessment, including:

- A structured improvement plan based on performance results
Failure to complete all three Self-Assessments voids eligibility for the 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

- The priority concept, or
- The question objective
2. Three (3) “need-to-know” facts, clearly bolded, for each missed question
